Susan is a Food Entrepreneur who founded Big Life Koji in 2022. Susan has experience working as a chef and consultant to Restaurants in Vancouver and Toronto, including a stint as the Chef of the Organic Buddha, located on the Danforth. 

In Susan 2021 developed some KOJI based rice ferments  for the Canadian market that she tested and sold at the local farmer's market in Lethbridge, Alberta. Big Life Koji willl be moving to Jamaica soon as the climate is perfect for making KOJI products to sell to fans of Reggae Music who love "Alien Novelty" in the form of cool Asian Ferments.
